In conjunction with the launch of Ashford University's national advertising campaign, we wanted to make sure the organization was aligned with the messaging we were expressing. We conducted a series of road shows to educate the staff and give them a "sneak peak" at the upcoming TV spots and print ads. Then, on the day of the campaign launch, the staff at each Ashford location was greeted with messaging from the campaign throughout the buildings. Elevators, bathrooms, lunchrooms, and entryways were all used to reinforce the campaign messages. This resulted in the front-end phone staff inserting more of the messaging into their conversations and better brand alignment - giving potential students a better feel of who we are.
